if you're an avid blog-reader and have any interest in fashion, then you've probably heard of whowhatwear - a website primarily ran by two very lovely ladies, hillary kerr (editorial director) and katherine power (creative director). it's thanks to this blog that i've learned more about designers and season trends. don't be intimidated though! for all you lazy readers, whowhatwear mainly showcases collages.
every once in a while, you'll see a few lucky celebrities and socialites repeatedly named throughout the year. this was the case with joanna hillman.
hillman has quite the repertoire. she has worked as the long-term assistant of lori goldstein - one of the most sought after stylists in the fashion industry, was the senior fashion market director for teen vogue, and is now the senior fashion market editor for harper's bazaar.
i adore everything about her style. can we just note how amazing her blazer/coat collection is? hillman always looks effortlessly polished and sophisticated. several of her looks are reminiscent of 70's fashion with her flared jeans, fluffy fur coats, and flowy, hippie-esque dresses.
